EXCHANGES & RETURNS EXCEPT CHILE
We take great care to ensure our products fit well and welcome you to try on your purchase in the comfort of your home. If you’re unhappy with your selection we accept returns and exchanges that comply with our policy within 14 days of delivery.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
- If you change your mind within 14 days of your order date, you may return your full priced item for a full refund or exchange.
- For items purchased with discount, sale code or sale value, you may only return your item for an exchange.
- Forward the Purchase Order mail (Orden de Pedido) to email@example.com specifying the product you want to return (name, size and color).
- Returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused. All tags must be attached and packaging in its original condition.
- You will have to bear the shipping cost of the garment you want to return.
- Place the item in the original shipping box or a secure, solid carton box.
- You can return the item with a carrier of your choice. We recommend that you request a tracking number so that the carrier can refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process from the date we receive the item.
We will refund the value of the item in your original form of payment, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified via email once the refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account.
