Update regarding COVID-19:
We are currently shipping! Our online store SHOPSISA.COM is functioning normally and our team is following strict hygiene standards when preparing each order.
From Tuesday, July 28, 2020, our store in Vitacura will be open with reduced operating hours — Monday to Friday, from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
SHIPPING: Your order will be processed up to one weekday after you place your order and it will be shipped as soon as possible.
We are currently offering free shipping for orders within Santiago and we are shipping normally to Chile and the world.
AT HOME TRY-ON: If you wish to try on two sizes of the same style at home, feel free to order both sizes and try them on in the comfort of your own home. We are offering free returns within Santiago. We will contact you to help you get the piece you wish to return back to us. We’ll issue your refund immediately upon receiving the returned garment.
WEB CHAT: Our team is available Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on the chat option available in the bottom right corner of our website to answer any questions you may have. We are here to help. You can also write to use at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We take great care in ensuring our products fit well and welcome you to try on your purchase in the comfort of your own home. If you’re unhappy with your selection we accept returns and exchanges that comply with our policy within 14 days of delivery.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
- If you change your mind within 5 days of receiving your item, you may return your full-priced item for a full refund or exchange.
- For items purchased with a discount, sale code or sale value, you may only qualify for an exchange.
- Forward the Purchase Order mail (Orden de Pedido) to email@example.com specifying the product you want to return (name, size and color).
- Returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused. All tags must be attached and packaging in its original condition.
- You will have to bear the shipping cost of the garment you want to return.
- Place the item in the original shipping box or a secure, solid carton box.
- You can return the item with a carrier of your choice. We recommend that you request a tracking number so that the carrier can refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process from the date we receive the item.
We will refund the value of the item in your original form of payment, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified via email once the refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may take a few additional days to process this transaction and credit it to your account.
