Your order will be processed up to one weekday after you place your order and it will be shipped as soon as possible. We ship worldwide. 

We are currently offering low-cost shipping options through FedEx, starting at $25 USD outside of Chile. Receive your order in 6-10 business days. 

 

 

MORE INFORMATION

All orders are processed within 24 hours and sent from our store in Chile using Fedex (international purchases) with full tracking available. Please note that a signature is required for delivery. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 

P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you with details of your delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination and may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in that country. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price.

Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates as these charges are borne by you.
