SHIPPING: Your order will be processed up to one weekday after you place your order and it will be shipped as soon as possible. We continue to ship worldwide.
We are currently offering free shipping for orders within Santiago and we are shipping normally to Chile and the world. We will ship every week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
AT HOME TRY-ON: If you wish to try on two sizes of the same style, feel free to order both sizes and try them on in the comfort of your own home. We are offering free returns within Santiago. We will contact you to help you get the piece you wish to return back to us. We’ll issue your refund immediately upon receiving the returned garment.
WEB CHAT: Our team is available Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on the chat option available in the bottom right corner of our website to answer any questions you may have. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: If you decide you wish to exchange sizes or colors, please contact us at email@example.com and our team will help you get the piece back to us. Upon receipt, we’ll send you the right size as soon as possible.

We currently accept a range of international credit cards on our website.
PAYPAL: If you prefer to pay using PayPal, please place your order selecting the option 'Bank Deposit' at checkout and leave us a note or contact us and we will provide you with a PayPal link to complete your order.
All orders are processed within 24 hours and sent from our studio in Chile using Fedex (international purchases) or Starken / Chilexpress (local purchases) with full tracking available. Please note that a signature is required for delivery. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours from 9am to 5pm. PO Box addresses are not accepted.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you with details of your delivery.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination and may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in that country. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price. Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates as these charges are borne by you.
